When a charge point is commissioned on to the Charge Your Car network by an owner, or their chosen manufacturer, we receive details of the site from their field engineer, the owner, or via the forms they complete afterwards.
While we do our best to ensure charge points appear on the map in the correct location, sometimes they don't quite appear where they should be. We also find that while a site owner or manufacturer refer to a site by one name, local residents may know it by something different, causing confusion.
