Error message regarding CV2 code

When registering a payment on the app, the IVR or the website, the CV2 code is required to authorise the payment.

The CV2 code is the last 3 digits on the back of the signature strip, outlined below. 

Please ensure you have not entered this code when an issue number is requested; this only applies to switch, solo or maestro cards.  If you do not have this card type, an issue number is not required.

The CV2 code must be entered only in the box highlighted in red on the left, not in the box in the picture on the right.
