Updating your personal details

As part of your contract with Charge Your Car, you must keep your personal details up to date*.  

If you personal details change, you must update them on your Charge Your Car portal by logging in, selecting "Your Account" then "Contact Details" from the drop-down menu.

One this screen opens, you can select the blue "Edit Details" button and update everything apart from your log-in email address.

To amend your email address, email and request that the email be re-set.  The team will need to ensure you are the account holder so will verify the change of email address before it is completed.


*The Terms and Conditions state: "If you do not, after being asked by Us, provide Us with this account information, or you provide Us with incomplete or incorrect information, We may make an additional charge of a reasonable sum to cover any extra work that is required, or We may suspend the Services by giving you written notice. We will not be liable for any delay or non-performance where you have not provided this information to Us."
