Viewing your statements

To view your transactions and payment history, log in to your portal and select "Statement" from the "Your Account" drop-down menu.  This will give you a history of payments made and your current credit or debit balance as well as the latest payment attempt and the status of this.  These will be listed by:

  • Date
  • Description, for example, charging sessions or card renewal
  • Amount
  • Balance of the account
